$200/ 45-50 session
Insurance: I am an out-of- network provider and do not directly bill insurance for treatment. However, I can provide a “super bill” that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. A super bill is a detailed record of payment with special codes for what kind of service was provided. I recommend you contact your insurance provider to find out what reimbursement may look like, as reimbursement is not always guaranteed.
