My Therapy Approach
It is a huge step to reach out for support and I am so glad you did. I am here to tell you that you do not have to walk through this alone. I honor the courage and vunerability it takes to ask for help. My approach to therapy is down-to-earth, relational, and holistic. It is my deeply held belief that true growth and healing happens when we honor all the aspects of who we are emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. I use an attachment based approach, rooted in psychodynamic and humanistic therapy. Much of the time it is our relationships with ourselves and others that affects our ability to experience joy, connection, and overall success in our lives and through the therapeutic relationship deep healing and growth can begin.
